The role of a State Officer is one of service and growth. Throughout the academic year, State Officers engage members, industry, and educational institutions with the greater purpose and goals of Tennessee HOSA. Alongside promoting our organization, State Officers develop their own leadership and professional skills through rigorous training opportunities, networking engagements, legislative visits, and much more.
A State Officer's duties begin when they begin the candidacy process. All Tennessee HOSA members who are going into their Junior and Senior years are encouraged to apply for State Officer Candidacy; our State Officer Team needs all types of backgrounds, experiences, and aspirations.
In the document below, you will find information about the process of becoming a State Officer Candidate and an example of the information and documents you will need when applying for candidacy through Tallo.
The Tallo Opportunity will be open beginning Mon. Oct. 24, 2022 and will close Sat. Dec 31, 2022.
