2024-25 Goals
This year, your 2024 - 2025 Tennessee HOSA - Future Health Professionals Executive Councils’ mission is enhancing membership engagement and advocacy across the state.
To achieve these goals, your Executive Council is going to increase our social media presence, and launch new initiatives for our members to stay actively engaged and involved, utilize engaging workshops, endorsing chapter visits, creating weekly trivia, and sending bi-weekly newsletters to our members.
As we want to increase membership engagement, we also want to emphasize transparency and support with our members, while also creating new opportunities for our members to grow during their HOSA journey. Allowing our members to showcase what they do throughout the year, we are starting “HOSA Highlights,” endorsing chapters for their hard work.
Along with these big goals, your Executive Council will also focus on advocating for all members throughout the state by attending leadership events, visiting Local and National legislators, and working closely with other Tennessee Departments. With all of these goals in mind, your 2024 - 2025 Executive Council is determined to provide a year full of growth for all of our members as we display that we are “Powered By People”.
